Dear Anders

Driving home from the spectacular foodie party I kept talking about ants, when you seemed to be thinking about something else, most likely the Champions League game. At least we were both thinking of industrious individuals working together for the best of the team.

Also!

Sandy B! Congrats on your baby boy!

Dear Gwyneth

We agree with you!

Dear US

I know this is a little sad, but when watching this yesterday I cried out "Why don't I live in America??!??!??"

Pantsuit update

Some of you have asked where the pantuit below is from.
It's a Filippa K creation. this is what it looks like on a tall blonde swede likely named Malin or Elin.

Dear clients

I've sent out so many invoices today that I celebrated by buying a new pantsuit that lets a contemporary working mother move about without ever feeling restrained.

JA DET ÄR EN SPARKDRÄKT!

Dear Calvin Klein

Thank you for lifting and separating parts of me and Eva in such a flattering way! Seriously, this bra is amazing.

Och nu kan ni köpa den!

Even if you don't read Swedish, you should get this book. Because I say so.

did any of you read this?

Five Finger Discount: A Crooked Family History by Helene Stapinski
Am curious about The Five-Finger Discount. Have you read it? How was it?

Dear people

It's been a while! I've been busy.
As I type that, i wonder what I've been so busy doing.

Let me tell you.

I've been busy celebrating Stephan Mendel Enk's book "Tre apor", raising my glass to cheer for his literary genius that made me laugh and cry, somtimes at the same time.
I've lamented not bidding higher on eBay.
I've bought a somewhat preppy dress to wear on dates, not yet sure when I'll be going on a date.
I've identified the kind of guy I'd like to go on a date with (outdoorsy, funny, wellread, open to sitting on less than comfortable seating arrangements)

I've missed friends I've known forever who now live in faraway places:

I've watched Lotta almost losing it because of a perfect sashimi:

I've blogged on a different blog
and have spent time with kids, not running.
but I miss you, miss being here. will try to double blog!

love
-e

Dear pills, thrills and belly aches

Dear pills, thrills and belly aches, thank you for the Marion. I'm waiting for progress in the field of body engineering so that I too can one day have Marion-like boobs.Or, if boobs in the shape and look of Marion should be too hard to attain, then boobs that look like the ones she has.

I LOVE YOU

Some days I think you only stop by to check if I've posted any more pics f Marion Cottillard attaching miniature breasts to the "general area of the brain", but the overwhelming response to the previous post showed me once again what I already knew: that I have the most interesting, smart and travelled readers anyone could ask for.

THANK YOU!

Dear Anthon Berg

Dear Anthon Berg, yesterday I found a parcel from Denmark waiting for me. As I (and Niki) opened it, I discovered delicious marcipan and chocolate treats. As I've consumed at least one marzipan bar a day this past winter, it felt just that I should be one of the winners in your easter competition.

So happy! Am thinking of all the other people in Scotland, Roumania, France and so forth who shared the bliss.

Thank you Anthon!

Dear dear golden vintage

You asked for it

This is the most common thing said to unruly kids my house. "Skärp dig" literal meaning "Sharpen yourself", it works like "get yourself together". Niki adds "and stop that fighting and biting!".
