Dear Nicole Richie/Winter Kate

At $795 this is too expensive for me and at my age it's probably too short too, but I LOVE THIS DRESS. I'd wear it to work, to the playground, to daycare, to picnics, ANYTHING to make me think it's a sensible purchase.
