My first running injury

















Went running indoors today, wearing my Vibram 5 fingers cause I had no other indoor running shoes. Ran 4k on the treadmill. Such a mistake. You need to ease into running in Vibrams.
Don't do what I did. Can barely walk.

  2. michelle! you must be one of the few people in the western world who hasn't read born to run! that said, probably will not run in them again.
