One very common expression in Sweden is
Smaken är som baken - delad.
It roughly translates to "Matters of taste are like the butt - divided."
It's so common that most Swedes will simply say "Smaken är som baken" leaving out the "divided" part because everyone knows the ending.
I find this expression completely lacking in taste but understand other people take the other side.
