it's the teeth and the glisteny limbs.
Maybe it is the hint of aggression in the photo. Also, the appearance of a white-dressed virgin being sacrifice to the red-lipped vampire. And a little bit the grappling move squeezing the life out of the victim.

her mouth is HUGE!! could literally bite the other girls head off--one chomp. (gruesome, sorry)
