Funny?!?!

Please give me some reading tips on FUNNY BOOKS! I could use a few laughs.

Last thing I read that made me laugh out loud was Barbro Lindgren's "Det är roligt att veta bäst" and Gary Schteyngart's chapter on his big Russian novel "Lenin and His Magical Goose".

I need more funny books. Please help!

  3. Our Hearts Were Young and Gay. I don't know if it's still in print, though, since it was printed in the 50s or early 60s. I think. It was one of my mother's favorites.

  4. Humorous mysteries: What's a Girl Gotta Do? by the improbably named Sparkle Hayter, and Thus Was Adonis Murdered, by Sarah Caudwell. Each is the first book in short series (4 or 5) titles. I love both series.
Bill Bryson is occasionally laugh out loud funny, and always good company.
