Ballet Beautiful

Did any of you try it? Notice any effect on body (and sure, mind)?


  1. I've been doing it for about a month in my living room. So far, so good. My legs feel stronger and I love the excuse to wear ballet outfits.

    The instructor kind of reminds me of an SNL character but she is much nicer to listen to than Jillian Michaels.
