i just tried that. i ran into no one except all the polish and mexican women waiting for the hasidic women to hire them off the street to clean their houses, bought a pound of coffee, drank a coffee, bought a 1/2 pound of ground beef at marlow, and then, after an hour of walking, came home. and ran into the cleaning lady who was leaving early.
It's not just writers. FB wouldn't survive if there were people desperate for human interaction that couldn't make it happen in real life. FB is friendship crack.
