I might even try cooking her Jerk Ribs and Farro salad. The goatmilk ice cream I'll pass on. I've tried goat milk in so many ways cause it's 2014, but it just tastes like goat to me and why would you really want that in your ice cream?
Even chèvre I think is overrated, perhaps because I've had three babies and the similarities between baby burps and chèvre can not be ignored.
