First Brooklyn run
Went to a gym to work out and made such a European mistake. Kept running and running and was so slow in completing my 5k. I know I haven't been running for a while due to the foot surgery, but still - was I THAT out of shape? Annoying.
I ran 5 miles=appx 8 kms.
No wonder that took longer than usual.
So great to be running again though, it's too hot for me to run outside in this weather.
Anders runs anyways. You can't stop him.
In top pic I'm showing my favorite sport drink: mix a little apple juice with sparkling water. So good.
Also important: whenever possible, try to pose your head positioned against lamp so lamp looks like a little hat.
