Trying to be: a pillar of strength



Many (almost no one) ask how I got these muscular arms. 
It's because of the kids. I juggle them like Steve Martin juggles kittens.

    I find the only thing that didn't lose tone with having children (and even gained some) were my arms. I'm also of the carrying kind.

    Hadn't said anything before, but good luck with your move. It seems you're adjusting to everything new with your usual grace and good humor.

  3. Amazing arms, yes, but I am truly amazed at how you get abs like that after having three kids! Struggling to maintain any sort of definition after only two little ones!

  4. Amazing workout! Could this be the next NYC fitness craze? ;-)

    I'm afraid I'm currently only giving my left arm a workout by carrying the baby on the left while doing things with the right arm... :D

  5. Aga, I don't know about abs...but pilates helped. Can't afford it right now so will stick to running for the time being.
